Initiate Request
Log into your Quantum account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables, to ensure the item remains protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Technical Inspection
Once received, our technicians will perform a diagnostic check to verify the item's condition before processing your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
